Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bloomix Keyword Research (the "tool"), an internal tool operated by Bloomix ("we", "us"), accesses, uses, stores and shares data received from Google APIs. The tool is used only by Bloomix staff. It is described on our home page.

Google user data we access

When a Bloomix staff member signs in with Google and grants access, the tool uses the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to read, for the Google Ads accounts that Bloomix owns or manages:

• the list of accessible Google Ads account IDs;
• Keyword Planner data: keyword ideas, average monthly searches, monthly search volumes, year-over-year and three-month changes, competition level and top-of-page bid ranges.

The tool does not read Gmail, contacts, files, calendar or any other Google service data, and it does not read or change campaigns, ads, budgets or billing.

How we use the data

We use Keyword Planner data only to research which search phrases describe our products, and to write product titles and descriptions for Bloomix's own online stores. We do not use Google user data for advertising to individuals, for profiling, or for any purpose other than this keyword research.

How we store and protect the data

• OAuth credentials (client secret and refresh token) are stored only on a Bloomix company computer, outside any shared or public storage, and are never published.
• Keyword statistics are saved as working files in our private, access-restricted company repository.
• Access to the computer and the repository is limited to Bloomix staff.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. We do not transfer it to data brokers or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Retention and deletion

Keyword statistics are kept for as long as they are useful for our product listings. The access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after revocation the tool can no longer access the account, and on request we delete the stored refresh token and any data obtained with it.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Bloomix Keyword Research's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
